MAT CLASSES

  • Flexibility - Control - Deep Core Strength

    Out Signature Hot Mat Pilates classes offer a mix of classical and contemporary moves. Low-impact that focuses on slow and controlled movements that improves posture, flexibility, and overall toning. Classes focus on control and following breath.

    All of our mat pilates classes are set to 98 degrees.

  • Strength - Power – Sculpt - Beat-driven.

    Beat driven and high-energy, our sculpt class is a blend of strength, flexibility, and power. Designed to strengthen & tone muscles and improve flexibility. Various props are used including 3-5 lb hand weights.

    All of our sculpt classes are set to 98 degrees.

  • Low Impact - Beat Driven - Lengthening - Grounded

    Low impact, ballet, yoga, and pilates inspired workout. Our signature barre classes focus on toning and targeting multiple muscle groups through small, controlled movements and high repetitions.

    All of our barre classes are set to 98 degrees.

  • Mobility - Flexibility - Power

    A blend of beat-driven yoga and strength training that leaves you sweaty, sculpted, and centered. Expect dynamic sequences that pair traditional poses with light weights and cardio-style bursts to build strength, mobility, and endurance while still honoring the mindfulness of yoga. Heated to 98-100 degrees.

Modern Reformer (xformer)

  • The updated and refined modern reformer offers a low-impact, high intensity workout.

    Our 50 minute full body class targets all muscle groups with slow and controlled movements.

  • The updated and refined modern reformer offers a low-impact, high intensity workout.

    Our focus classes target specific muscle groups like arms, abs, and glutes.

  • Our beginner class is a full body workout, slowed down to help you get comfortable with our signature moves. You’ll leave this class feeling empowered to continue your fitness journey on the xformer.

    If this is your very first xformer class, we highly encourage you to take the introduction class followed by the beginner before signing up for your first full body signature class.

  • Learn the fundamentals of the modern reformer (xformer). This class is a walkthrough of your modern reformer, you’ll learn the different parts of the machine, the name of the signature moves, proper setup, and form.

    Please note: our introduction class is not a workout class but rather a walkthrough of the workout and reformer. Students are encouraged to wear workout attire as you will get the opportunity to try out our signature moves to help nail down proper form.
